not a shortcut.

The approach

How the training works

01

Own the basics first

A rep you can finish and a rep you own are different things. The unglamorous work — clean push-ups, honest rows, controlled dips — is what every harder skill is built on, and it keeps paying out long after it stops feeling difficult.

02

Full range, under control

Cut the range and you cut the result. Training the whole path of a movement, at a speed you can actually control, is what turns bodyweight work into strength instead of momentum.

03

Earn the next step

Bodyweight training progresses by changing the movement, not by piling on endless easy reps. Each progression is earned when the one under it is solid — slower at the start, far faster over a year.
